Hotel Features

Check In/ Out

PABX will release the phone for guest to use upon check in and lock the phone upon check out.

Room Status

Staff can post room status directly to PMS Message such as clean, unclean and etc.

Room Change

Upon receiving room change message from PMS, PBX will move voicemail and wakeup calls to destination room. PBX will lock the previous room.


Front desk or Operator can leave voicemail for guest. Guest can access the voicemail via speed dials on the phone.

Wakeup Call

Front desk can help guest to set room wakeup call function from WEB GUI or physical phone.


Staff can post mini bar consumption directly to PMS

Call Accounting

Outbound calls made by guest will be posted directly to PMS.

IP & Analog Telephone

Support analog phones via gateway, IP phones and mobile apps for SIP endpoints.
